Stereo East greatly appreciates the support of our clients. We’ve taken the time to select some of the most reliable high performance products in the world for you, and your equipment is made to bring you many years of pleasure. We know, however, that service issues may arise. If you have any equipment trouble, please contact us. We are always happy to help.
Should you need service, please call our main number, 972-335-5122, and ask for our service department. Our operations manager will schedule a time for a technician to take care of your service issue.

- Home Builder (if applicable)

- Brief description of the service issue
Stereo East warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors is also not covered by warranty
